Chops

As I type I'm in the process of attempting to make pork chops.

I'm terrified.

In case this is the last communication I have with the outside world, tell my family I love them.

We all love you too, honey. The thing about pork is that it has to be well done (underdone pork can give you parasites) Eeeewwwwww, yuck. WELL DONE!!!!
